Replacing Actuator Drive For Front or Rear Seat Height

Removing and installing/replacing actuator drive for front or rear seat height


Remove front seat,








Front-End Seat Up/Down Drive:
Loosen cable straps and pull off protective sleeve.







Loosen cable strap and disconnect plug.
Remove screws and remove front-end seat up/down drive.







Rear-End Seat Up/Down Drive:
Remove screw and remove shoe guard.







Remove screws (1 and 2) and remove backrest control drive.







Unscrew screws (3 and 4) and remove rear end up/down control drive.







Loosen cable straps and disconnect plug (4).
Unlock and pull off plug receptacle towards rear.







Installation:
Connect special tools 61 2 071 and 61 2 072 (adapter leads) on white plug and 12 V power supply source.

Check function.
