TROUBLESHOOTING CONVERTIBLE (TRUNK LID/EM-COVER SEMI-AUTOMATIC):

FAULT: Electrical convertible top fails to open or close:

CAUSE: REMEDY:
a) Battery voltage is < 10.5 V a) Charge battery,
let engine run
b) Terminal "R" not switched on b) Switch on terminal "R",
check fuse terminal "R"
c) Convertible top not unlocked c) Open convertible top
and raised over dead center as per specification

d) Vehicle rolls> 5 km/h d) Slow vehicle down
to complete standstill
