Removing and Installing or Replacing Right Soft Top Compartment Cover Lock







Open side windows.
Unlock soft top and raise over dead center.
Lift clamping bracket and soft top compartment cover upright.
Removing right side trim,

Service and Repair






Remove tab washers (1) and (2).
Squeeze together locking device and lift out Bowden cable.







Unfasten screws and remove soft top compartment cover lock.







Unfasten cable tie and disconnect plug connection (1) (microswitch S6 for trunk lid lock).

Adjust convertible lid lock.
