Left Side

REPLACING BOWDEN CABLE (convertible top lid):

- Open side windows.



- Unlock soft top and raise over dead center.
- Lift clamping bracket and soft top compartment cover upright.
- Remove left convertible top lid lock.




- Remove tab washers (1) and (2).
- Squeeze together locking device and lift out Bowden cable.




- Lift out cover on reversing mechanism.




- Lift out retaining plate and disconnect Bowden cable. Squeeze together locking device and lift out Bowden cable.

Installation Note: Adjust Bowden cable to zero backlash.
