Replacing Light Bulb For Auxiliary Brake Light (Z3 Coupe, M Coupe)







Unclip brake light.







Disconnect connector.







Loosen screws (1) and raise cover.







Disconnect plug connectors and remove cover completely.







Pull light bulbs with printed circuit board out of housing starting on one side.







Connect printed circuit board to voltage supply and mark defective light bulb(s).







Use test cable 61 1 458 and gauge tips secured for voltage supply from DIS gauge tip insert 61 1 410.







Unsolder defective light bulb
