Bosch 65 A

- Remove, voltage regulator.
- Remove ribbed pulley and fan wheel using Special Tool 12 31 000.




- Remove washers (1) and (2), fan wheel and woodruff key (4).




- Unscrew bolts (1).
- Mark position of housing sections relative to each other.

Installation:
- Install longer screw for earthing cable in correct position.




- Pull out bearing plate (1) with rotor (2).




Press on rotor (1) and take off washer (3).
Check Installed position of washer (3).




- Check slip rings for wear, fine-grind and polish if necessary.




- Unsolder stator winding on diode plate.


Caution: Excessive heat from soldering iron will destroy diodes.





- If necessary, press rubber mount out of housing.
Order:
1. Circlip
2. Washer
3. Rubber mount
4. Washer
5. Bushing
