Removing and Installing/Sealing Throttle Assembly

- Remove mass air flow sensor.
- Remove throttle body (ACS+T).




- Disconnect cable (1).
- Remove hoses for throttle valve preheating unit and seal (some coolant will escape).




- Unscrew bolts.
- Remove throttle body and gasket.

Installation Note: Replace seal.

- Interrogate fault memory of DME-control unit, check faults in memory then cancel fault memory.
- Check coolant level and top up if necessary.
