Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair

Spray Nozzle Replacement




- Remove screws for bottom bumper cover at side.







- Remove brake air duct.




- Pull off spray nozzles (telescope). (shown here with headlight removed.)




Installation:
- Ensure correct seating of guide sleeve (1) in the body.




- Install telescope and then mount spray nozzle on holder.
- Tighten screws so that they are finger tight.







- Adjust nozzle in slots of holder in such a manner that clearance to body is < 0 (light preload).
- Tighten bolts to specification.
