Removing and Installing or Replacing Flywheel

(clutch removed)




Arrest flywheel with Special Tool 11 2 170.




Unfasten screws and remove flywheel.




Installation:
Remember to fit hollow bush.




Installation:
The position of the dowel sleeve (1) in the dual-mass flywheel is marked with two notches beside the respective screw bore.




Installation:
Clean thread and install new micro-encapsulated screws.
Tightening torque: 105 Nm (78 ft lb)
