Service

Service for the MoDiC III is being handled by SIEMENS. The SIEMENS hotline number is 1 800 215 1646. If SIEMENS determines that the MoDIC III in question requires service, a replacement unit will be sent to you. The defective unit should be placed in the box and promptly returned to SIEMENS. The defective unit will not be returned to you after it has been repaired. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary not to physically abuse the MoDiC III in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, using anything other than the touch pen or your finger on the screen, writing on the case etc. Misuse requiring repairs will be charged directly to the BMW center.
