Modic III Distribution

During the first round of MoDiC III distribution, one MoDiC III will be sent to each BMW center. Centers will not receive a MoDiC III until the "BMW Diagnosis and Information Systems and MoDiC III use Agreement" has been signed and returned to BMW NA, attention Paul Manzer. The use agreement was sent out to all centers under separate cover. Refer to SI 02 06 98. The total amount of MoDiC IIIs a center will receive is calculated per the following. One Modic III per center, additional MoDiC IIIs calculated by 1 MoDiC III per three technicians. DIS tester(s) will be included in the calculation of total MoDiC IIIs required.

BMW centers cannot order a MoDiC III on their own. Orders will automatically be canceled.

Per the Use Agreement "BMW center Obligations" numbers 3 and 4, a $2000.00 core charge will be automatically placed on the BMW center number until the MoDIC II station is returned. All MoDiC II stations are to be returned to the USCO New Jersey address only.
