Replacing Rear Seat Belts

- Remove rear seat and backrest.
- Remove rear-window shelf or for Cabriolet, remove center cover.




- Unscrew bolts.
- Install washers.




- Lift cover out, work seat belt strap out and guide it through opening in track.





- Unscrew automatic reels.







Installation note: Turn lock must engage. Install washers.





- Remove cover.
- Remove belt lock.
- Install washers.





- Remove cap (1).
- Unscrew bolt (2) and remove together with washer (3).
- Lay end plate (4) to one side.
- Pull out automatic reel.







Installation note: Automatic reel must snap into place in hooks at backrest shelf.
