Situation:

Distribution of the following tools for the M44 will be through the Automatic Tool Shipment Program. Additional tools may be purchased through your PDC. Please refer to Parts Information bulletin I-24 dated 4/95 for tool warranty details. All prices on this bulletin are introductory prices. All repair procedures are taken from TIS dated 12/95, E36 repair manual.





Valve Spring Compressor
P/N 90 88 6 110 345

Used to compress the valve springs to R & R the valves.
Refer to repair procedure 11 12 503.





Alignment Studs

Used to hold and align the gasket when replacing the upper timing case cover. Refer to repair procedure 11 14 100.





Valve Depressor

Oil Jet Adjuster

Oil Pressure Adapter
