Bosch 90/115/140 A

- Unscrew cover.




- Remove voltage regulator.




- Mark position of housing parts relative to each other.
Unscrew nut while counterholding with a socket wrench.




Installation:
Order:
1. Fan wheel
2. Washer
3. pulley
4. Washer
5. Nut




- Unscrew bolts - pull housing sections apart.




- Remove bearing caps.
- Remove wedge (1).




- Unscrew nuts - take off plastic part.




- Unscrew bolts.




- Mount insulators (1) and capacitor (2).
- Measure capacity of capacitor - replace capacitor when measured value deviates from specified value by 50%.




- Mark and unsolder wires for diode plate.
