Fan Shroud: Service and Repair

Removing fan coupling, refer to Fan Clutch, Service and Repair.





Unfasten hose clip (1) from suction hose.
Disconnect plug connections from mass air flow sensor (2) and disconnect intake air temperature sensor (3).
Remove upper section of intake filter housing with resonator.





Unclip and remove trim from section snorkel.





Lift clip for suction snorkel behind the right headlight up and out.





Remove section snorkel.





Lift out left and right expanding rivet and pull fan cowl upwards to remove.





Installation:
Attach left and right tabs on fan cowl in brackets on radiator.
Connect guide tab in upper centre.
