Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve: Service and Repair

Collector Insulation Cover Location:

REMOVE AND INSTALL
1. Remove the intake manifold insulation cover.
2. Unfasten the coolant expansion tank and set it aside.

Pressure Regulating Valve Location:

3. Remove the pressure regulator mounting screws and carefully pull out the regulator.
4. Replace the vent pipe o-ring and the regulator seal.
5. Reinstall in reverse order.
