Electronic Throttle Actuator: Description and Operation

ADS II Actuator:

PURPOSE
The Auxiliary Throttle Valve (ADS II) actuator rapidly closes the ADS 11 throttle valve on command from the ADS 11 control unit to prevent wheel slip during acceleration.

The actuator is connected to the ADS 11 throttle body by a bowden cable.
