Pressure Regulating Solenoid: Service and Repair

REPLACING PRESSURE REGULATOR FOR SHIFT UNIT
Remove
- Remove the transmission oil pan. Service and Repair
- Press off wires (1 and 2).
- Unscrew bolt (3).





- Take off holder (4).

NOTE: Imperial threads.

- Pull out pressure regulator.

Installation
- Insert pressure regulator.
- Install holder (4) with curved surface facing out and tighten bolt.
- Tightening to 6-8 ft lbs. (8-11 Nm)
- Refit wires (1 and 2).
