Adaptive Transmission Control (ATC)

As of 9/93 production, the five speed automatic transmission on the 53Oi, 53OiT and 54Oi will feature ATC. This self learning system determines the optimum gear at all times as a function of driving style, road conditions and the specific driving situation.
