Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

Before commencing any work, disable airbag:
Service Precautions
1. Press switch housing assembly to the right while inserting a 0.040 inch feeler gauge blade along left edge of housing.
2. Move feeler gauge blade to release holding clips.
3. Pull switch assembly from instrument panel, then disconnect electrical connectors.
4. Release tabs holding light switch to assembly and remove switch.
5. Reverse procedures to install.
