Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.2. Remove coolant expansion tank.
3. Remove brake lines from hydraulic unit as follows: front left; front right; rear left; rear right.
4. Remove brake hydraulic lines from master cylinder to hydraulic unit.
5. Remove cover from top of hydraulic cover, then loosen, but do not remove, bolts for hydraulic unit.
6. Remove retaining screws and pull off multiple pin connector and disconnect ground wire.
7. Pull up on the front of the hydraulic unit, then disconnect the rear and remove the unit.
8. Reverse procedure to install, ensuring hydraulic lines are in the same position as they were removed.
