Defect Code 15 - 26

Defect Codes 15-26:

*D* 900 Defect code memory: One or more defect codes between 15 and 26 are stored:

Explanation: Motor or potentiometer polarity interchanged.

Note: It is possible that the connectors at the adjustment switch have also been interchanged. Check switch with *D* 211 Manual buttons or *D* 212 Mirror adjustment.

Troubleshooting:

1. Checking the motor polarity: *D* 300 Activate motor drives. If the polarity is wrong, the motor will run in the opposite direction. Correct polarity.
2. Checking the potentiometer polarity: *D* 300 Activate motor drives. Observe the change in the voltage value between two settings. The voltage must increase at: Seat height up, backrest forward, recliner up, seat forward, headrest up, mirror vertical up, horizontal right. Correct polarity.
