Decoupler Relay

NOTE: The decoupler relay for the A/C standby signal will no longer be installed as of model year 1991. The DME/EML control unit is then activated directly with positive by the IHKR2/3 control unit when the air conditioning system is "ON".

The function as to whether the A/C signal to the DME/EML is switched actively to positive or negative is determined by the coded IHKR2/3 control unit.
