1211/2211 - Control Module (DME)

DME Control Unit Pin Designations:

1. Cancel the Digital Motor Electronic (DME) control unit fault code memory by disconnecting the control unit harness connector (control unit located in the glove Box), see COMPONENT LOCATIONS. Reconnect the DME control unit connector and test drive the vehicle.


^ If a fault code 1211 is present the DME control unit is defective. Always refer to CHECKING THE BASICS before replacing the control unit.
