Interior Light "Soft-On" and "Soft-Off" Fade Feature

MODELS:
E36 2/92 production and later

Situation:
The "soft-on" and "soft-off" lamp fade feature of the E36 interior light has been deleted in production during the first week in February, 1992. Most E36 vehicles produced 2/92, and all E36 vehicles produced after 2/92 will have interior lights that switch on and off to full and zero intensity with no delay.
