Alarm Installation Instructions Updated for E36 Vehicles

MODELS:
3 Series (E36) - All Vehicles not Pre-wired for Alarm

Situation:
Installation instructions for the alarm kd (P/N 88 88 1 600 203) direct the technician to connect the blue wire from pin 7 of the alarm connector to a brown/white wire near the left rear seat beft receptacle.





The location of this brown/white wire has been changed. It must be accessed for connection to the blue wire (from pin 7) at the large black rubber grommet at the left side of the rear seat bulkhead (refer to the at illustration).

A copy of this bulletin will be included wfth future copies of installation instructions for the alarm kit (P/N 88 88 1 600 203).
