Upper Timing Case Cover

- Unscrew upper timing case cover.





Installation:
- Replace Gaskets.

Filling Timing Cover Gasket Joints.:

Installation:
- Fill joints between gaskets with permanently elastic sealing compound (3 bond 1209, or equivalent).

Pressing Timing Case Cover Downward For Assembly.:

Installation:
1. Screw in 2 bolts.
2. Press down on timing case until upper edge of cover is in same plane as cylinder head.
3. Don't damage sealing surfaces.
4. Screw in and tighten all bolts.
