Remove and Install

Component Location:

1. Disconnect the throttle cable and cruise control cable (if applicable).

2. Detach the intake collector along with the throttle valve assembly from the intermediate intake runner.

Component Locations:

3. Disconnect the fuel inlet and outlet hoses on the fuel injector rail and cap.
4. Remove the retaining screws and carefully pry the harness conduit from the injectors.
5. Unscrew the bolts connecting the fuel injector rail to the intake manifold.
6. Pull the injector rail together with the fuel injectors up until it clears the intake manifold guide.
7. Carefully slide the injector retainer off and disconnect the fuel injectors.
8. Reinstall in the reverse manner.
