SUBJECT: Sunroof Adjustment

MODELS: All so equipped



Situation: When properly adjusted, the sunroof panel does not sit even with the surrounding roof. It should sit 1 mm (0.040") lower at the front and 1 mm (0.040") higher at the rear. The allowable tolerance is +/- 0.5 mm (0.020").
Methods of adjustment are shown in Group 54 of the appropriate Repair Manual.
