SUBJECT: 2013 Service Tester Printer Ribbons
Situation: There have been many cases in which printout copies cannot be read because of blue colored ink ribbons being used in the 2013 printers.
When replacing printer ribbons, please use only black ribbons from Sun Electric, Part # 0528-0922.
