Situation: Questions at dealership level concerning abbreviations used internally by BMW.
Correction: The attached lists of abbreviations should clarify any questions in relation to the meaning of intemal abbreviations. As a further aid, examples of engine and body types are listed by appropriate models officially imported since the mid-1960's.
