Heater Core Case: Service and Repair

- Remove evaporator assembly.

- Pull off rubber profile (2).

- Unscrew bolts.





- Unscrew nuts.





- Disconnect both water hoses.

Installation:
Add coolant.





- Pull off plugs (1...3).

Connections on Plug (1):
Numbers are on plug receptacle.
1 = blue
2 = green/yellow
7 = brown
8 = brown/green
9 = brown/white
10 = gray/red
11 = brown
12 = green/white
13 = green/brown

Connections on Plug (2):
Numbers are on plug receptacle.
1 = black
2 = yellow
5 = green/brown
6 = blue





- Lift out air guides (1).





- Unscrew nuts.

- Remove heater.

- Reverse procedure to install.
