Status: Parts and labor reimburseable under the terms and provisions of the BMW 3 Year/36,000 Mile Limited New Car Warranty.

Note: The S38 catalyst assembly is not considered defective due to breakage of the exhaust hanger flange. Warranty claims for catalysts which were replaced solely for breakage of this exhaust hanger flange will not be accepted.
