Heater Core: Service and Repair

- Remove heater housing.








- Pull off air guides (1...4).









- Push back retaining bar (3) and remove blower shells (1 and 2).









Installation:
Flat surface on inlet cowls faces body.







- Lift off all retaining clips on heater housing (13 clips).

- Take housing sections apart.






Installation:
Make sure that bearings of distributor flaps (1 - 4) are located in bearing bores.






- Remove heater core (1).

Installation:
Paste new foam rubber frame on heater core.


- Reverse procedure to install.
