Front Brakes

- Remove front wheels.



- Unscrew brake caliper mounting bolts (1).

Installation note:
- Tightening torque: 123 Nm (90 ft lb).




- Unplug brake pad wear indicator.
- Pull off brake caliper toward front and suspend with a welding rod (e.g.).



- Unscrew bolt (2) and take off brake disc.
- Reverse procedure to install.

Important:
- Always replace both brake discs of one axle, even if only one needs to be replaced.



- Inboard vented brake discs are balanced. Never remove or reposition balance weight clips.
