Condition
Customer complains that Audi Side Assist is providing false warnings (no vehicle is present). Concern may or may not be duplicated.

No DTCs are present in the Audi Side Assist system.

Technical Background
This condition can be created due to an incorrect hardware and software set created by the supplier.

Production Solution
A production solution is in development.

Service

A service solution is in development and no repair is available at this time.

1. Do not perform any repairs. Any repairs for this concern may be denied.

2. Instruct the customer that this condition is known, and a solution is under development. This TSB will be updated when a repair solution becomes available.
