Removing






- Remove steering column trim. Refer to Storage Compartments and Covers.

- Remove return spring with slip ring. Refer to => [ Airbag Spiral Spring/Return Spring With Slip Ring ] Airbag Spiral Spring/Return Spring With Slip Ring.

- Remove Steering Angle Sensor - arrow -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- After replacing the steering angle sensor it must adapted in "Guided Fault Finding" or in "Guided Functions" using the Vehicle diagnostic tester.
