High Beam Headlamp Bulbs (M30)/(M32)

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

• Headlamps must be adjusted after performing measures that could influence headlamp adjustment. Refer to => [ Headlamps Checking and Adjusting Conditions ] Headlamps Checking and Adjusting Conditions.

Removing






- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Turn light switch into "0" position.

Right headlamp

- Remove EVAP canister up from bracket - arrow - and lay aside with lines connected.

Continuation for both sides






- Remove high beam housing cover - 2 - from headlamp housing - arrow A -.

- Remove bulb - 3 - from spring clips - B arrows -.

- Disconnect harness connector - 1 - at high beam bulb.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Insert the new bulb into the housing without touching the bulb with bare hands.

- Position the bulb on the lower spring clip.

- Press the bulb into the housing past the upper spring clips.

- Connect the connector and close the housing cover.
