Hydraulic Line from Cylinder

Removing

Sealing rings must always be replaced.

- Slide securing spring - 1 - sideways under connecting piece - 3 - out of cylinder using a screwdriver.






- Remove connecting piece - 1 - from cylinder using sealing ring - 2 -.






- Carefully remove sealing ring - 1 - using a small hook - 2 - if necessary without damaging - 3 - cylinder.






- Slide new sealing ring - 2 - onto connecting piece - 1 -.






- Insert connecting piece - 3 - vertically in cylinder, no resistance must be felt.

- Do not press connecting piece in with force, otherwise damage to the O-ring and leaks could result.






- Lock securing spring - 2 - in direction of - arrow -

- After performing work, check oil level and add oil if necessary.
