Parking Assist Control Module: Service and Repair

Parking Aid Control Module (J446)

Removing

- If the control module is replaced, select "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Functions" using the Vehicle diagnostic tester.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove luggage compartment right side trim.

- Release retaining clips - 1 and 2 - and remove Parking Aid Control Module - item 4 - from control module bracket.






- Disconnect electrical connectors - 3 and 5 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install luggage compartment right side trim.
