1 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42) Bolt

• 9 Nm

2 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42)

3 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80)

• With double check-valve, checking refer to => [ Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80), Checking Double Check-Valve ] Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80), Checking Double Check-Valve

4 - Intake Manifold

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold with Fuel Rail ] Intake Manifold With Fuel Rail

5 - Channel Separating Plate Vacuum Diaphragm (intake manifold flaps)

6 - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Valve (N316)

7 - Fuel Injectors

• Replace the O-ring and Teflon(R) ring

• Note correct installation position

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Injectors ] Fuel Injectors

8 - Intake Manifold Support

9 - Intake Manifold Support Bolt

• 20 Nm

10 - Intake Manifold Support Nut

• 10 Nm

11 - Throttle Valve Control Module (J338) Bolts

• 9 Nm

12 - Throttle Valve Control Module (J338) , Electronic Power Control (EPC) Throttle Drive (G186)

• EPC throttle drive angle sensor 1 (G187) and EPC throttle drive angle sensor 2 (G188)

• After replacing the throttle valve control module, it must be adapted to the Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623). Use a vehicle diagnosis tester.
