Turbo Boost Sensor: Service and Repair






Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31)/Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 (G447)

Removing

Version 2 Cylinder Bank 1 (right)






- Remove the bolts - arrows - and move the bracket and fuel hose - 1 - to the side.

Cylinder Bank 2 (left)






- Free up the vacuum hose - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the cover - 2 -.

Continued for Both Sides






- Disconnect the connector - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the charge air pressure sensor.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Supercharger Overview ] Supercharger Overview.

Replace the self-locking bolts and the O-ring.

Clean the threaded holes for the charge air pressure sensor inside the supercharger housing with a thread tap before assembling.
