Leak Detection Pump (V144)

Removing






- Remove the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister. Refer to => [ EVAP Canister ] Service and Repair.

- Free up the electrical connector - 2 -.

- Remove the bolts - 3 -.

- Unclip the diagnosis pump - 1 - from the bracket on the EVAP canister.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Evaporative Emission Canister and Leak Detection System Overview ] Removal and Replacement.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Replace the gasket.

- Install the EVAP canister. Refer to => [ EVAP Canister ] Service and Repair.
