Line and Hose Securing Elements Overview





1. Reservoir bracket to body.

2. Reservoir in bracket.

3. Bolt in bracket.

4. Return hose bracket to the longitudinal member.

5. Hydraulic oil cooler to condenser.

Reservoir Bracket to the Body





- Secure the bracket - 2 - to the body with bolts - 1 -.

- Secure the reservoir - 4 - in the bracket - 2 - using the bolt - 3 -.

Reservoir in the Bracket





- Insert the reservoir with the tab - 1 - in the opening in the bracket - 2 -.

Line Bracket for Lines to the Longitudinal Member





- Secure the return line - 1 - to the left longitudinal member using the line bracket - 3 -. Insert the return line - 1 - with the marking - arrow A - in the line bracket - 3 -.

- Insert the intake hose - 4 - in the line bracket - 6 -. Clip the line bracket - 6 - into the bracket - 5 -.

- Secure the return line - 2 - with the nuts - 7 - and the bracket - 5 - on the left longitudinal member.

2. Return line from the power steering gear to the hydraulic oil cooler


- Arrow - points in direction of travel.

Installation location on the return line connection - 2 -, refer to => [ Hose Lines to Reservoir, Hydraulic Fluid Cooler and Return Line Installed Position ] Locations.

Return line - 1 - and intake hose - 4 - installation location on the reservoir, refer to => [ Hose Lines to Reservoir, Hydraulic Fluid Cooler and Return Line Installed Position ] Locations.

Hydraulic Fluid Cooler to Condenser - S 5





- Position the hydraulic oil cooler - 1 - on the brackets - 2 - and then engage it into the brackets - 3 -.

Lines to the hydraulic oil cooler, refer to => [ Hose Lines to Reservoir, Hydraulic Fluid Cooler and Return Line Installed Position ] Locations.

Hydraulic Fluid Cooler to Condenser - RS 5






- Mount the hydraulic fluid cooler - 1 - on the retainers and tighten the bolts - 2 - to 9 Nm.

Lines to the hydraulic oil cooler, refer to => [ Hose Lines to Reservoir, Hydraulic Fluid Cooler and Return Line Installed Position ] Locations.

Pressurized Line to Crossbrace





- Install the pressure line on the crossbrace using the nut - 3 - and rubber bushing - 4 -.

- Note the line installation location when bolting the line connection. The markings - 1 - and - 2 - must be opposite each other.

Return Line Bracket to the Subframe





- Secure the return line - 2 - with the line bracket - 1 - to the left front of the subframe - 3 -.

- Arrow - points in direction of travel.

Return Line to Subframe





- Install the return line - 4 - on the subframe - 3 - using the bracket - 2 - and bolt - 1 -.
