Cover with Oil Separator

Removing






- Remove the upper coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Coolant Pipe ] Upper Coolant Pipe.

- Remove the left lower section of the intake manifold.

- Remove the bolts - arrows -.






- Remove the high pressure lines and oil separator cover - 1 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Check Valves and Oil Separator Overview ] Oil Check Valves and Oil Separator Overview.

• Replace the gasket.

- Install the lower intake manifold section.

- Install the upper coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Coolant Pipe ] Upper Coolant Pipe.
