A-pillar Door Seal

Removing






- Remove the upper and lower A-pillar trim..

- Remove the bolt - 4 -.

- Remove the seal - 2 - from the A-pillar body flange and from the guide for the windshield trim strip - 3 - - arrows -.

- Remove the retaining studs - 1 - on the A-pillar.

Installation






• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Inner Door Seal and A-pillar Door Seal Overview ] Inner Door Seal and A-Pillar Door Seal Overview.

Installation is reverse order of removal, but note the following:

- Install the A-pillar seal in sequence - 1 through 3 -, as illustrated.

- Starting from the top, insert the seal into the guide rail for the A-pillar trim strip.

• The retaining wedges on the seal must lock into the guide.

- Attach the seal near the A-pillar.

- Press the retaining studs - A - on completely.

- Install the upper and lower A-pillar trim..
