Removing






- Remove the trim panel on the rear lid..

- Unlock the clip - 1 - and remove the rear lid anti-theft protection - 5 -. Carefully lift the tab - 2 - - arrow - and unlock the clip - 3 - through the opening - 4 -.

- Remove the anti-theft protection.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 -, remove the nuts - 2 - and - 3 - and remove the rear lid lock.






- Remove the cable bracket - 6 - from the rear lid lock mount - 5 -.

- Disengage the cable from the actuator lever - 4 -.

Installation

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Rear Lid Lock, Lock Cylinder and Grip Piece Overview ] Service and Repair.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Install the rear lid trim panel..
