Ultrasonic Interior Monitoring Overview

• The radar interior monitoring control module 1 (G303) and inclination/anti-theft control module (J529) were combined in one component, the anti-theft alarm system sensor (G578).

• Therefore, the comfort system central control module (J393) has only two "LIN participants" with the "anti-theft warning system" optional equipment.






1 Individual Sensor

• For the anti-theft alarm system sensor.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Anti-Theft Alarm System Sensor (G578) ] Anti-Theft Alarm System Sensor (G578).

2 Alarm Horn (H12)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Alarm Horn (H12) ] Alarm Horn (H12).

3 Nut

• 5 Nm

4 Nut

• 7 Nm

5 Alarm Horn (H12) Bracket

6 Retaining Frame

• For the control modules.

7 Comfort System Central Control Module (J393)

8 Antenna Amplifier (R24)

• With central locking and anti-theft alarm system antenna (R47).

9 Passenger Compartment Monitoring Switch (E183) / Alarm System -OFF- Switch (E217)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Passenger Compartment Monitoring (E183)/Alarm System -OFF- (E217) Switches ] Passenger Compartment Monitoring (E183)/Alarm System -OFF- (E217) Switches.

• Can only be replaced together with anti-theft alarm system sensor.
