Service
Advise customers to store radio stations in presets in non-HD Radio mode.
To properly do so, please perform the following steps:
1. With ignition turned on, delete existing AM/FM stations that broadcast in HD Radio from presets and turn HD Radio mode off in the Settings or Setup menu.
2. Turn off ignition and allow bus systems to enter sleep mode; approximately one hour.
3. Turn ignition on and store selected AM/FM radio stations in presets.
Tip: The customer may choose to turn HD Radio mode on or off. That selection will now remain on or off until manually changed.
