Passenger Side Airbag Assembly Overview from June 2011

• Depending on the market, use the corresponding replacement part through roughly November 2011. Refer to Parts Catalog.






1 Locking lever

• Use a T25 TORX screwdriver, approximately 100 mm long

2 Steering column electronic systems control module (J527)

• with the airbag spiral spring/return spring with slip ring (F138) and steering angle sensor (G85)

3 4-spoke steering wheel

4 Wiring set

• For driver airbag igniter (N95)

• Replacing, refer to => [ Airbag Unit Harness Connector ] Airbag Unit Harness Connector

• Press in to secure in the pockets on the steering wheel.

5 Driver Airbag

• With driver airbag igniter (N95)

7 3-spoke steering wheel

8 Wiring set

• For driver airbag igniter (N95)

• Replacing, refer to => [ Airbag Unit Harness Connector ] Airbag Unit Harness Connector

• Press in to secure in the pockets on the steering wheel.

9 Driver Airbag

• With driver airbag igniter (N95)
